My Policies

♦Payment: I accept Paypal. Payment for purchased items must be received within 48 hours or the item will be re-listed providing other arrangements have not been made.

♦Texas Residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax at check-out.

♦Shipping: Your package will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance will be added upon request.

♦Custom Designs: A 50% deposit for custom work will be required. Due to the nature of custom designs, all sales are final. Photos of the work will be approved prior to shipment.

♦Refunds and Exchanges: My work is guaranteed. Should your jewelry need adjustment or repair of normal wear, not damaged by misuse or abuse, please contact me…I’m happy to do that for you. Beaded jewelry is strung on 49 strand professional jeweler’s wire or metals as listed in design description. Payment for postage to and from my studio is buyer’s responsibility. Please look closely at measurements before purchasing as I list in detail the size of each design.

♦Returns: Items must be received within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price, sans shipping fees.

♦Additional Information: All necklaces/bracelets can be customized to your desired length for an additional fee. Contact me if you would like a matching or coordinating item and I will create a reserved piece for you if additional materials are available.
